Relevancy and change are inextricably linked. In organizations, change drives relevancy, so in order to stay relevant, we must always embrace and not fear change. Relevancy is a state of continuous or constant motion driven by change; it is a state of being or position never attained or completed, an end state never reached, but a goal to strive for in organizations. Organizations can never rest on their laurels or accomplishments, because eventually, all current things that are relevant will eventually become irrelevant.

It is never a conditional statement of if; and, never a question of when. It is always the imperative of NOW!
